BRA Public Meeting Upcoming Regarding the JMSCHC Project

The Boston Redevelopment Authority will hold a public meeting regarding

Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center Project

Thursday, June 27th, 2013 at 6:00PM

Project Description:

Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center (the “Proponent”) proposes the construction of a new LEED certified 48,000 square foot, two-story structure at the southwest corner of the combined site. The new clinic will combine services offered by JMSCHC currently offered at several locations into one building. The ground floor will offer a retail pharmacy open to the public, a vision clinic with 4 exam rooms and a retail eye glass shop, a dental clinic with 10 exam rooms, administrative suite, and conference area for use by JMSCHC as well as the community (“Proposed Project”).

Upcoming NSTAR Community Meeting

NSTAR will be holding a meeting for local residents and businesses in regards to the construction of a new substation on Electric Avenue in Brighton.  Anyone interested in learning more about the project is encouraged to attend. 

The meeting will take place on Monday June 10, 2013 at 6:30 pm at:
