Allston, MA – November 19, 2013 –

TONIGHT at 6 pm at JACKSON MANN COMMUNITY CENTER 500 Cambridge Street Allston, MA.

In order to be heard by the project managers, planners, and purse-string holders: WE NEED YOU ALL TO ATTEND! PLEASE COME AND BRING A FRIEND!

MassDOT plans to rebuild the Cambridge Street bridge over the Mass Pike between North Allston and Allston Village. Neighborhood groups have asked that safer pedestrian crossings and bike lanes be implemented along with better lighting and beautification as part of the project.

We believe this is a tremendously important aspect of Cambridge street, and we ask that everyone who can attend come down; business owners, managers, employees, residents – anyone who lives or works in Allston and believes that public safety and better, safer access between North Allston and Allston Village is important.
