City Hall To Go Truck Coming to Allston

City Hall Truck

It’s tough to get down to City Hall sometimes, so City Hall is going mobile.  The City Hall To Go Truck will be making the rounds througout the City of Boston over the next month beginning with Allston.

You can pay a parking ticket, renew a parking permit, request a birth certificate, get a recycled bin sticker, submit a request for service and more.

On Saturday, March 29, 2014, the Truck will be at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue  and Washington Street in Allston  at 12:30pm.  It will then be at 1937 Beacon Street in Brighton at 4:00pm.

On Tuesday, April 1, 2014, the Truck will be at 1266 Commonwealth Avenue in Allston from 12:30pm-2:30pm and then in Oak Square from 4:00pm-7:00pm.

Boston Loses Two Heroes in the Line of Duty

The Allston Board of Trade sends our condolences to the families, friends, and fellow firefighters of Boston Fire Department Lieutenant Edward J. Walsh and Firefighter Michael R. Kennedy.  We recommend that our members with flags lower them to half-staff.  We would also like to voice our appreciation to all their brother and sister firefighters for their ongoing dedication and sacrifice in the name of public safety.

School Superintendent Search Committee Hearing Tonight in Brighton
